The scope consists of water, sanitary sewer, paving, drainage, sidewalk, street lighting, landscaping, and traffic control improvements to support a new cottage-style housing development. The work serves the overall residential site and supporting roadways, providing the necessary utilities and infrastructure for long-term community operations.
