St. Johns Greek Orthodox Church
This project includes the ground-up construction of the St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church campus at 303 Cullum Drive in Euless, Texas, totaling approximately 7,477 square feet across two stories. Built by Ashton Commercial Construction, the scope encompassed development of the main sanctuary, fellowship and community spaces, classrooms, administrative offices, and supporting facilities.

The scope included structural shell construction, full interior build-outs, modern façades, private garages, and integrated building systems designed for urban residential living.

Chapel Creek Cottages
This project includes the site development and civil infrastructure improvements for the Chapel Creek Cottages residential community at 2917 Chapel Creek Boulevard in Fort Worth, Texas. The scope consists of water, sanitary sewer, paving, drainage, sidewalk, street lighting, landscaping, and traffic control improvements to support a new cottage-style housing development. The work serves the overall residential site and supporting roadways, providing the necessary utilities and infrastructure for long-term community operations.
