The 1.15-acre development includes complete site infrastructure, utility installation, concrete paving, sidewalks, monument signage, landscaping, and 49 parking spaces, creating a professional and welcoming destination for medical providers and their patients. Strategically located at the intersection of Stonebridge Drive and Bahnman Drive, the project was constructed to support the continued growth of healthcare services in one of McKinney's premier commercial corridors.

Crossroads Park at Craig Ranch, a community recreational and amenity facility located in McKinney, Texas. The scope includes construction of a new park pavilion and amenity center featuring indoor activity spaces, restrooms, storage and service areas, outdoor gathering areas, pedestrian access improvements, site grading, drainage infrastructure, utilities, paving, landscaping, and associated site amenities. The project is designed to enhance community recreation opportunities while providing a central gathering space for residents within the Craig Ranch development.

Lakeview Plaza located at 3316 Lakeway Parkway, Lakeway, Texas. The scope includes construction of approximately 3,500 square feet of leasable space, incorporating interior partitions, storefront elements, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as all finishes required to create a functional commercial environment. The work is designed in accordance with the approved architectural floor plan and applicable building codes and regulations.
