Designed to provide flexible shell space for future healthcare tenants, the project delivers a modern medical office environment with efficient site circulation, ample parking, and high-quality exterior finishes. The 1.15-acre development includes complete site infrastructure, utility installation, concrete paving, sidewalks, monument signage, landscaping, and 49 parking spaces, creating a professional and welcoming destination for medical providers and their patients. Strategically located at the intersection of Stonebridge Drive and Bahnman Drive, the project was constructed to support the continued growth of healthcare services in one of McKinney's premier commercial corridors.
