This 21,396-square-foot, two-story facility was constructed for National Autobody Parts to provide modern showroom, office, and operational space in Grand Prairie, Texas. The project included complete site development, structural construction, parking, landscaping, and high-quality interior finishes, delivering a functional and efficient facility designed to support the company's long-term growth.

Ashton Commercial Construction completed the ground-up construction of the Stonebridge Medical Office Shell, a 9,077-square-foot Class A medical office building in the Stonebridge Ranch area of McKinney. Designed to provide flexible shell space for future healthcare tenants, the project delivers a modern medical office environment with efficient site circulation, ample parking, and high-quality exterior finishes. The 1.15-acre development includes complete site infrastructure, utility installation, concrete paving, sidewalks, monument signage, landscaping, and 49 parking spaces, creating a professional and welcoming destination for medical providers and their patients. Strategically located at the intersection of Stonebridge Drive and Bahnman Drive, the project was constructed to support the continued growth of healthcare services in one of McKinney's premier commercial corridors.
