The scope includes construction of a new park pavilion and amenity center featuring indoor activity spaces, restrooms, storage and service areas, outdoor gathering areas, pedestrian access improvements, site grading, drainage infrastructure, utilities, paving, landscaping, and associated site amenities. The project is designed to enhance community recreation opportunities while providing a central gathering space for residents within the Craig Ranch development.

Lakeview Plaza located at 3316 Lakeway Parkway, Lakeway, Texas. The scope includes construction of approximately 3,500 square feet of leasable space, incorporating interior partitions, storefront elements, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as all finishes required to create a functional commercial environment. The work is designed in accordance with the approved architectural floor plan and applicable building codes and regulations.

A multi-phase self-storage development located at 2400 Riverside Drive in Fort Worth, Texas, delivered in partnership with American Charter Company. Phase 1 established the facility with multiple single-story storage buildings, creating an accessible and efficient storage solution for the surrounding community. Phase 2 expands the site with a three-story climate-controlled storage building and additional storage structures, increasing capacity and modernizing the facility to support the continued growth of the Tarrant County market.
