Ashton Commercial Construction completed the ground-up construction of the Stonebridge Medical Office Shell, a 9,077-square-foot Class A medical office building in the Stonebridge Ranch area of McKinney. Designed to provide flexible shell space for future healthcare tenants, the project delivers a modern medical office environment with efficient site circulation, ample parking, and high-quality exterior finishes. The 1.15-acre development includes complete site infrastructure, utility installation, concrete paving, sidewalks, monument signage, landscaping, and 49 parking spaces, creating a professional and welcoming destination for medical providers and their patients. Strategically located at the intersection of Stonebridge Drive and Bahnman Drive, the project was constructed to support the continued growth of healthcare services in one of McKinney's premier commercial corridors.

Ashton successfully completed the Waters Road Office Project located at 790 S. Waters Rd. in Allen, Texas. This 6,819-square-foot office building was delivered with a focus on quality craftsmanship, efficient site coordination, and attention to detail from start to finish. The project included complete site development, parking, utilities, landscaping, and the construction of a modern office facility designed to serve the client’s long-term operational needs.

Crossroads Park at Craig Ranch, a community recreational and amenity facility located in McKinney, Texas. The scope includes construction of a new park pavilion and amenity center featuring indoor activity spaces, restrooms, storage and service areas, outdoor gathering areas, pedestrian access improvements, site grading, drainage infrastructure, utilities, paving, landscaping, and associated site amenities. The project is designed to enhance community recreation opportunities while providing a central gathering space for residents within the Craig Ranch development.
